Mindful and Grateful

It’s early Wednesday morning. I am waking to the day. Tomorrow, for those of us in the United States, is Thanksgiving Day. It is a day to be grateful for what we have. I know many share this sentiment: “why one day?” Yes we all have challenges. Yes life is sometimes not what we expected. Be grateful for each moment as your teacher. Shift your thinking for the moments where the lessons are harder. By being mindful and grateful, you shift to a consciousness that allows for manifestation.

What a difference mindful presence makes when manifesting. Be thankful for the moments. Live in the moment. Shift the moments, or your attitude to those moments. Then for good measure be thankful again. 😉
